Can you add a message to my card?
Yes! We can add a personal message to most of our cards. When applicable, the option will be available in the item listing.
Can you change the color of the card/elements?
If you have a special request to change any of the colors and/or elements of one of our greeting cards, please leave a note in the comments at check out and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Will my greeting card look exactly like the picture?
Because each card is hand-made to order, there may be slight variations in color and/or design.
What process to you use on apparel items?
We use a variety of applications depending on the fabric/substrate, including sublimation, DTF, and/or Screen Printing.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Each item on our website is hand-made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for processing. You will receive an email once your items ship.
Can I get shirts in other colors?
For special color requests, please email us at info@wildlilytx.com. We will try to accommodate requests when possible.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return new/unused items in the original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping costs will not be included in your refund.
We are unable to accept returns for customized items (names, birth dates, etc). If there is an error in the customization, please contact us within 14 days.
Refunds will be processed in 1-3 days of receiving the returned item. (The time it takes your bank to process the refund may be longer).
