Hi there!  We are Christi and Theresa and we want to thank you for visiting Serendipitous.  After almost three decades in risk assessment careers and focusing on how things can go wrong, we both decided to make a change and focus on JOY!

All of our designs can be customized. If you have a specific color, theme, or design in mind, please contact us via phone or email so we can assist you. 

Yes.  Each item is hand created when ordered, so please allow 48 hours for standard designs and 5 days for customized designs. 

We cannot guarantee the life of balloons because the environment plus the weather conditions and placement of arrangements can impact the performance of the balloons. Always keep balloons out of direct sunlight for best performance.
